These Terms govern your use of the Shekhawati Education website (shekhawatieducation.tech) and the Shekhawati Education mobile application (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Service
Shekhawati Education provides free study material — notes, PDFs, images and curated links — organized by exam, section, subject and topic, to help students prepare for competitive examinations.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, educational purposes. You may not:
- Re-sell, redistribute or commercially exploit the content;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts;
- Interfere with the Service’s operation (denial-of-service attempts, scraping at abusive rates, etc.);
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
3. Content and intellectual property
Study material is curated and uploaded by our team for educational use. Some content may originate from publicly available sources, NCERT, or other authors. We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe any material on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us with details and we will investigate and, where appropriate, remove or attribute the material.
The Shekhawati Education name, logo, website design, and app code are owned by us and may not be copied without permission.
4. Accuracy of material
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the study material is accurate and useful. However, we make no guarantees about completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular examination. Always cross-check important facts against official exam syllabi and authoritative sources.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shekhawati Education and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
7. Administrator accounts
Administrator access is granted only to authorized staff. Administrators are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity on their accounts. We may revoke administrator access at our discretion.
8. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
